  1. Take a pan and dry roast peanuts,urad Dal,chanaDal,cumin seeds, coriander seeds,sesame seeds,dried red chilli untill it's turn aromat (for about 1 1/2 min)
  2. Once done turn off the flame and grind it into a coarse paste.
  3. In the same pan add 2 tbspn oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds curry leaves
  4. Then add the capsicum, turmeric powder and the grinded coarse powder,salt and stir it for a min.
  5. Then add the cooked rice and mix it gently if not the rice will break and cook it for a min
    Then garnish it with coriander.
