In my innovative recipe 😇😇😇I always like paratha in any form. This time I experiment with left over rice . I first made pulao and then I used it as stuffing of Paratha. It's really yummy 😋😋.

  11. 1 small Ginger
  12. 5 clove Garlic

  16. 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  17. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  18. 1 tbsp Garam masala

Instructions to make to make Left over rice Stuffed Paratha

  1. First of all take a bowl. Add wheat flour,salt,oil and water. Prepare soft dough. Divide it in small portion. Now roll a big roti from it.
  2. For pulao:Take a bowl add water and rice in it. Cook it for 15 minutes. drain the water.
  3. For tadka:Take a pan.Add oil, cumin seeds, capsicum, onion, Ginger in it. Add salt, turmeric powder, Chilli powder in it. Add rice in it. Mix it well. Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Add Garam masala in it.
  4. Now add these stuffing on paratha. Cover it as book fold method. Take a tawa put a paratha on it. Now apply oil on it. Roast it from two sides.
  5. Now apply thousands Island cream on it. Serve with Tomato sauce.
