Steps to make to make Tawa Pulao

  1. Soak the basmati rice for 30 mins, then pressure cook it adding a tsp oil,salt,turmeric, water as required.
  2. In a kadai heat butter and cumin sauté until it turns aromat.
  3. Now add onion and ginger garlic paste. saute well.
  4. Keeping the flame on medium, add the veggies and salt.

    Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are cooked slightly.
