  1. Add udad dal, moong dal and rice to a bowl and wash it 3 to 4 times. Now soak it for 5 - 6 hours. After it is soaked, drain the water and add it to a mixer jar along with ginger and green chillies. And little water and grind it to a smooth paste.
  2. Now add turmeric, garam masala, salt, capsicum, onion, carrot and coriander leaves to it and mix it well. Add some water and make the batter little thicker than dosa batter.
