- Firstly,take 1 cup Basmati Rice and soaked the rice for 30mins then strain the water
- Chopped the vegetables into small pieces and take a pressure cooker and 1st pre heat and then added 1/2 tbsp oil.. then add whole garam masala (cardamom,clove,cinnamon stick,black pepper)
- When aroma of garam masala comes out then added onion then garlic and then all vegetables..and added 1sp salt and stir it well


- After that add Basmati rice and black pepper powder. If you want then added salt..then mix it very well with vegies


- Now add 1.5 cup water. You can add 1/2 spoon sugar also(optional)

- Put the woven in high flame and wait for the whistle to bowl out,then switch off the woven.and then you can add garam masala powder also(optional)
