- At first chopped the veggies and together all ingredients



- Add oil in a pan then add chopped garlic cloves and garlic powder then when garlic golden brown then add chopped tomatoes



- Then cover and when tomatoes tenderize then mashed them well... Now add cubes of potato and carrots
